Experience ultimate relaxation with Xtra Long Savasana™, a luxurious 5 to 7-minute final pose to elevate your post-practice zen. Calming music and a cool cloth chilled in Aither Essence help you sink deeply into tranquility, providing a rejuvenating reset for mind, body, and spirit.

The studio is preheated to start between 80 and 85 degrees, with humidity at 40-55%. As we move, heat and humidity increase, often crossing 85 degrees and nearing 60%. This clean heat and humidity combo ensures you sweat while healing your body and keeping our air clean.

Each session includes our clean setup, complete with:

  • Sterilized Manduka Pro® mat

  • Laundered mat towel (yogitoes) for added grip & stability

  • Antimicrobial cork blocks

  • Clean sweat towel

  • Aither Mist for mat cleaning and air purifying throughout practice
