This one hour functional strength + conditioning class focuses on building strength in the foundational movement patterns to enhance your body’s quality of movement . Using kettlebells, resistance bands and your own body weight as resistance, you will leave this class feeling strong, confident and sweaty!

Before you return to Khaos, enjoy some Quality Rest complete with our signature Aither Essence-infused cold towel.
